Overview

Getting the whole catalog indexed.

We partnered with a cabinet door manufacturer to enhance their website's visibility on search engines. One of the biggest opportunities: a large number of pages weren't being served on Google due to crawlability and indexation issues.

Through meticulous XML sitemap enhancements and manual indexing requests, we achieved substantial growth in organic clicks and impressions.

Challenges & Objectives

Pages Google couldn't see.

The manufacturer faced low visibility due to a limited number of indexed pages. At the start of onboarding, fewer than 300 pages were indexed — significantly limiting the site's potential to attract organic traffic.

Low number of indexed pagesOnly ~300 pages were indexed on Google, restricting the site's ability to rank for relevant keywords.
Limited organic clicks & impressionsWith so few pages indexed, the site wasn't reaching its potential in organic search.
Sitemap & crawlability gapsThe XML sitemap needed rebuilding so Google could discover and serve the full catalog.
The Solution

What we did.

01Step

Indexation Audit & Diagnosis

We audited the site to find the large set of pages that weren't being served on Google, tracing the root cause to crawlability and XML sitemap issues.

02Step

XML Sitemap Enhancement

We rebuilt and resubmitted the XML sitemap so Google could discover the full catalog — surfacing 419 pages through the enhanced sitemap.

03Step

Manual Indexing & Monitoring

We manually requested indexing for priority pages and monitored coverage in Search Console until the newly discovered pages were served and ranking.

The Results

More pages, more traffic.

The Takeaway

Unindexed pages can't rank. Fix crawlability and indexation first — visibility and organic traffic compound from there.

Get indexed, then get found.
